Express Draft Pick also NHL Draft Pick
Express draft pick Scott Winkler was chosen in the 3rd round (89th overall) of the NHL draft today by the Dallas Stars. Well, maybe Cedar Rapids (USHL), Colorado College (WCHA), and the Dallas Stars (NHL) all want him to get some more seasoning in the rough and tumble NAHL.

Seems strange why he would not play in the USHL vs the Nahl.
I was being facetious. I believe there is no chance he will show up at camp, let alone ever play for our favorite team.
Latest rumour I found on him: He is going to play in Cedar Rapids this year.
seems like a waste of a draft pick if you ask me.
Heard we are drafting Ovechkin and Crosby next year just in case. I thought the draft was to get players to camp that had a chance of making the team.
