It's too bad that North Iowa, Albert Lea and Owatonna don't have something to play for like the Minnesota WCHA teams do with the DQ Cup.
Form the I35 Cup, have it sponsored by a business with locations in all 3 cities (Fast Food chain, grocery store, bank) that's an instant game night sponsor and advertising revenue for all 3 teams.

Things are tough all over, not just in Owatonna.
So true, but we have to provide for the team and the coaches and the expenses.
I do not provide for anyone but my family. I will not throw money I do not have towards a dream that will not benefit my kids.
