The Express acquired a forward today from the Fargo Force of the USHL. His name is Dmitry Lugin. He is a 1990 birth year from Moscow, Russia. He was listed at 5'11"/165lbs, and was #20 on the Russian Players list on the NHL Central Scouting Report for the 2008 draft.
